How Payment Works

• Once your order is placed, we authorize the transaction to verify available funds.

• After approval, your payment is processed in full and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

• We then begin preparing your order for production or shipment, depending on the item.

Because many of our products are customized or made-to-order, we begin processing only after full payment is verified.

Completing Your Purchase

During checkout, you can select either “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout.” You’ll be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you can safely complete your transaction.
All payments are encrypted and secure. Your bank statement will reflect a charge from Jamigando.

Refunds

If a refund is issued, it will be returned to your original payment method—either your card or PayPal account. Please allow a few business days for processing, depending on your bank.

Payment Security

We do not store or process credit card information on jamigando.com. Your payment details are never shared with third parties and are handled only through secure, verified payment platforms.
